The 1988 Wellcraft St Tropez appears in great shape for a vessel this age. The vessel has been very well maintained by the owner. Freshwater, and only 670 engine hrs. This Wellcraft is in remarkable shape for a 33-year-old boat. The helm seats two to starboard, a single seat to port, and the bench at the stern seats another five people. The canvas, including the cockpit cover, is in great shape. The owner put in a beautiful new cockpit floor! The St Tropez model sleeps six below deck. The vee berth sleeps two in comfort. The dinette table drops to make another double berth. The couch opposite the dinette has an interesting configuration to sleep two more as the back of the couch lifts up to create a unique double over/under the bunk. The 11-foot 8-inch beam allows a spacious cabin with plenty of natural light. There are two foredeck hatches, one in the forward berth, one in the main cabin, providing an abundance of ventilation when not using the air conditioning. The galley is well laid out with two refrigerators, a microwave, a two-burner alcohol/electric stovetop, and a stainless steel sink with pressurized hot and cold water. There is a privacy curtain separating the forward berth from the main cabin. This forward berth comes with a hanging locker to both port and starboard. The vessel includes a stereo and a flat-screen TV. The head includes a shower attachment with wrap around shower curtain. The toilet is porcelain as is the sink. The current owner states that all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems work well. The AC works well. Newer water heater was installed fairly recently There is only one known issue with the windlass anchor. It seems the anchor motor is working but will not raise or lower the anchor. Upon initial visit to this boat, The boat was in good overall condition and looks to be well maintained, with any and all maintenances that needed to be performed were already done. Complete makeover in the cabin with updated upholstery, electric head, complete canvas, radar, Garmin GPS. New canvas, props, and bench seating installed in 2022. One other note, boat is getting a new air conditioning unit installed within the next several weeks. Also, one other important note is that the port engine was completely replaced back in 2019 Stock #365951 1991 Wellcraft 3200 St Tropez. Large beam and plenty of room for entertainment. This 3200 St. Tropez is being offered for sale and represents the Euro sport design from Wellcraft. There are berths to sleep six aboard. The St. Tropez' single-level cockpit is arranged with a double helm seat forward, a companion seat opposite, and removable bench seating aft. This boat also features a very uncluttered cockpit with room for some light-tackle fishing. 1989 Wellcraft St Tropez This 1989 St. Tropez is appropriately named Well Cared Fore. Although listed as a 32' boat it would be considered a 35' boat by today's standards. She is equipped with twin 454 mercruiser engines and the sound she makes when started is simply wonderful. Last season we installed a new reverse cycle A/C which has a three-year transferable warranty. The throttle and transmission cables were replaced as well as the fresh water pump and macrator pump. There is a Koler genset to make days and nights on the water much more comfortable and a premium stereo system for listening to your favorite music while floating with friends. Below deck you'll find all the creature comforts one needs. The galley contains a stove, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The cabin has room to sleep six with a large V-berth bed, drop down table, and full size pull out couch. Full Head with toilet, sink and shower. There is storage galore underneath the V-berth bed, the couch, and the seating for the dinette. My family and I have enjoyed this boat for years but my job has taken me south to Florida and I simply do not have the heart to expose this fresh water boat to the Salt/Life. The boat is located on Lake Norman in North Carolina and the slip would be available based on applicants approval by management. We are selling the boat with everything that is aboard so you will be ready for a cruise as soon as you take ownership. There are a few minor scratches near the rear of the boat, one of the compartment doors on the starboard side of the swim platform is missing, and the sump pump for the Head shower needs replacing. Equipped with 4 Big Jon Downriggers, 4 Downrigger rods, 2 lead core planer board rods and planer boards, large extendable net, 15 HP 4 Stroke Mercury electric start kicker motor on custom aluminum transom mount. Trolls at a 1/2 gallon per hour and keeps all the electronics running with no drain on the batteries. 3 new deep cell starting batteries in 2015. All safety equipment stays along with all electronics - Lowrance HDS 5X fishfinder, Depth Raider Speed/Temp probe (with new downrigger wire this spring)JRC GPS with extra chips, ICON VHF, fume detector and Halon system. Custom removable transom bench for extra room, 2 folding HD aluminum deck chairs, new canvas and eisenglass including straight drop for rainy days. Remote windlass with Fortress anchor.
