All systems are reported to be in working order, per the seller. The boat hit a submerged dead head and the port strut was bent. The seller had a repair estimate performed and the repair will cost approximately $1,700. The boat is being sold "as is". See picture of the bent strut at the end of the photos. The seller purchased this vessel last year to add to their fleet of tow boats but due to the fuel tank location, it is not suited to tow. The cabin headliner has some staining. The teak is worn. This 1988 Wellcraft Portofino 4300 presents well for its age with no significant dings, scratches or scrapes in the fiberglass. The upholstery on deck as well as throughout the cabin is free of major rips, tears or stains. All critical mechanical systems used by the current owners are in good shape as the boat is regularly used and remains dockside year-round. That said, the current owners have never had a use for the generator or autopilot navigating the Ohio River in the 7+ years they've owned the boat and the condition and functionality of both are unknown. The full canvas enclosure is showing some age with some stitching frayed and snap extenders in use but still seals up the boat against most bad weather. The listing for the Wellcraft is Central and has not been visited by a rep; the owner says it's a nice boat but at the present the engine won't start. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Wonderful layout inside and outside. The galley and salon has been refreshed and customized for an updated appearance plus even better use of space and storage. This was repowered with dual Caterpillar 3126s. There is an Onan 8kW diesel generator that powers all systems when not at the dock. There is also an inverter installed. The forward cabin has a privacy door and there are dual doors to the onboard head which has a separate shower stall. The bed is comfortable with an island bed design so can access easily from either side. The entire fuel system was replaced April 2020. Tanks, hoses, etc. Both turbos were rebuilt September 2020.
