This little sailboat is so pretty it'll make your heart skip a beat. Under sail the boat is light, lively and fast. The single-sailed cat rig is leg o' mutton style using a curved spirit boom. The folding 16' mast enables quick set-ups or take-downs by one person. Designed by Shell Boats of Saint Albans, VT, the Swifty 12 is a beautiful, head turner of a boat that you can sail, row, or even putt around in if you have a small motor (not included). Easily launched from a practically new flat bed trailer that you could multi purpose as needed, the 125 pound boat can also be lifted into the water by two people. The original owner transported the boat in the back of an SUV. He was an accomplished woodworker so I can't take credit for the excellent construction. Ebay requires a date for construction and 2005 is my best estimate. I had the boat in the water four times and though it was fun, I reluctantly realized I had gotten a bit old (70 +) for sailing small boats. And now that the car with the trailer hitch is gone, I can't justify using the garage space. Shell Boats offers the Swifty 12 as a kit for $1625 or finished for $4100. The reserve is considerably less than the Shell kit price. I am advertising the boat locally.

68' Venture 21 sailboat with trailer and outboard motor. This is a swing keel trailer sail boat with a shallow draft. 18" with keel up and 5' 6" down. Hull is in good shape and was painted 2yrs. ago. All fittings, mast, boom, rigging , and sails in good shape. A main, working jib , and 150% genoa are included. A mast raising rig is included. Its not original to the boat. I have raised the mast several times alone with it so it works. Though it is much easier with 2 people. Kick-up rudder with 2 tillers are in good shape. A new aux. engine mount was installed 2yrs. ago. Trailer is in excellent shape. New tires, lights, bearings, spare, all in good condition. The coupler extends to help keep your vehicle dry when at the launch. The little cabin stays dry and the door and hatch are fiberglass. Not wood. The keel winch looks almost new. I also have some of the original documents the boat came with. Including a 12 volt Motor Guide trolling motor and marine battery.

I'm afraid I need to sell my Cal 22 sailboat. I bought this boat in the fall, and spent the winter making everything clean and safe. I inspected and tuned-up the mast, the hull, the upholstery, the electronics, etc.. She was launched 7 weeks ago. And unfortunately, 6 weeks ago my wife and kids decided that they hate sailing. This boat comes with a ton of extras, and a trailer. It can be easily trailed to anywhere you might wish with any kind of truck or SUV, and it draws no water. It has a 9.9 Honda that always starts, and also a very clean set of sails. The whole boat was professionally reupholstered a few years back. It has a West Marine dinghy, autopilot, stove, bbq, toilet. Because of it's length, berthing fees are cheap. I pay $100/month to berth in San Mateo. Insurance is also cheap. I pay $125/year to insure with Boat US, and $180/year for CA registration. I am happy to deliver this boat anywhere in California for a reasonable price. Here are the specifics:Motor: Honda 9.9, 5 gallon gas tank; recently cleaned and filled; 1 container of engine oilRudder: easily removable for trailering; new in 2002. Tiller: One is brand new and nicely varnished; the other is a spare; comes with a cover to protect the varnish; two telescoping tiller extensions; Autopilot: I'm not kidding. Who installs an autopilot on a 22 foot sailboat?Transom traveler: keeps the cockpit nice and cleanStanchions: Vey solid; guardrails were recently inspected and tightened; new guardrail covers come with the boat, as well as baby or pet netting. Sails: mainsail, jib, genoa, and spinaker, with two spinaker poles (all new in 2003; cost approx $2400)Boom/Mast: everything washed, inspected and lubed in April 2014. Nothing overlooked. Halyards runs smoothly. Has a excellent masthead windex.Lines: All halyards and sheets washed and inspected this past winter. Electronics: Compass and depth finder mounted permanently in boat. Electric system works nicely. There is a solar panel that trickle charges the 12v battery; this powers the autopilot, the masthead light, the bow and transom lights, the cabin lights, and depth finder. All connections look good.Navigation: GPS and chart plotter (via netbook)Docking: 2 fenders, several docks lines, 2 boat hooks.Anchors: two anchors, one brand new; chains inspected, cleaned and lubed in April 2014Bellow deck; nice, clean pillows and upholstery ($1872 project in 2011); new alcohol stove, water tank, sink, toilet, cooler, removable wood dining tableEmergency supplies: flares, fire extinguisher, fog hornWinches: Nice clean winches for the jib sheetJib Furler: This thing looks like overkill on a 22-footer, but is actually really convenient, especially when you're the only person on deck who can sail. Other: Bucket with boat cleaning supplies (soap, brushes, sponges, etc. . ..); West Marine inflatable dinghy, with 2 oars and lifting strapsPaperwork: Trailer registered with DMV; has a Permanent Trailer Identification card (registration never expires); Boat is registered until January 1, 2016. DMV charges $180/year. Boat is fully insured with Boat US. The policy costs me $125/yearComes with original CAL 22 owner's manual from 1987; and the Honda outboard motor manual Delivery: I could deliver her anywhere in California for a reasonable shipping fee. Thanks for looking. Call or write with questions. Geoff

I have for sale a 1981 O'Day 22 MH Sailboat. $3200 OBO This boat has a 4.5HP 2 stroke Johnson Seahorse outboard. The motor runs great and starts on the second pull. Very light motor. This is a great boat if you are an experienced sailor or just starting out. The battery is new (purchased 10/3/14). it is a deep cycle battery. I will also include a trickle charger. The sails are is great shape. The cushions could be redone to make it perfect. It has a swinging Keel. The Keel is stored under the boat instead of inside the cabin. New bottom paint May 2014 The draft is 1.9 feet (from the water line to the bottom of the keel). it would probably float good loaded up in about 2.5 feet of water. This boat is located in Bay St. Louis, Ms The boat is registered in Mississippi in my name. The interior wood has been refinished & stained previously. The tiller has also been refinished. I also have a device i made to raise the mast. it is a 2x4 with a mount that connects to the bottom of the mast. You hook the front mast support up to the device, and from the device to the front of the boat through the rigging. i have a boat winch on the device & some rigging. this allows the mast to come up with ease. Just crank it right up. 1 person could probably do it, but i usually have someone else help me to keep the mast from moving left or right while raising. I do not leave the boat in the water. I launch & rig up every outing. I keep the boat at my home while not in use. This boat come with the following: 2 jib sails. A standard jib (smaller) & a Genola Jib (Overlapping). 1 Main Sail several new rigging block pulleys new rope (4800 lb) new main sail block pulley assembly new boom vang block pulley assembly gas tank with new fuel line, bulb, & fuel filter. new interior lights & 12V plugs new compass - not installed new wiring throughout the boat - within the past year 1 single axle trailer Adjustable Transom 2 anchors & 100 ft of 4800 lb double braided line. 4 Life Jackets Canister Horn 4 Emergency Flares Throwable flotation/Cushion fresh water holding tank & sink - i have never used it. Tarp cover & bungee cords This sale comes with everything you need for sailing & to be legal on the water. all you have to do is register and you will be ready to go. this boat needs absolutely nothing. This boat does great in rough water. I have had no issues. It is ready to sail. This boat is rigged to be sailed by 1 person if desired. (2 will be required to raise the mast) You can raise & lower the sails per the rigging toward the seating area. The boat launches with ease. i dont have to set my rear truck tires in the water to launch. The trailer tires are about 3 years old. The boat will sleep 4 people. There are Berths on each side in the back of the Cabin and a V-Berth in the front. I have taken very good care of this boat. I wash it after every outing. Navigation Lights work great. I am available to show the boat anytime after 5 pm M-F and anytime on Saturday & Sunday. I do not need help selling. This is for a cash only in person sale. Pickup Only

2002 Magregor 26x There is a lot of great information about these boats online. I have thoroughly enjoyed this boat for the last 5 years and almost everything on it has been upgraded and continually maintained. It is not a project, it is turn key and ready to go.2015 - Brand new motor, control cables & steering, running rigging, interior cushions, carpet and electronics. The motor is a brand new model Suzuki DF20A fuel injected and was purchased March 2015 and has the remainder of the 3 year factory warranty. During the installation new teleflx exteme shift and throttle control cables, telelex rack & cable and fuel lines/filter were installed. The controls are flushmount and the motor is mounted on an adjustable jackplate with all cables and wiring concealed and run directly to the motor. The motor averages .3gph~5mph, .5gpph~6mph, and 1gph~9mph.Sails: Cruising Weight North Sails main with 3 reef points, shelf foot & cunningham. Main control via double mainsheets led back to the helm. Original Doye main and boom included. CDI furler, Factory Jib, additional working Jib and spinnaker included. Sail control with cabintop tracks & 7' schaffer T tracks along the cockpit combing. Jib, main sheet, and furling lines led along the 7' tracks to easy reach at the helm & multiple cam cleats (10) for easy sail control. Exterior- all running rigging new and color coded. Full cockpit deck and swim platform with ladder. Full factory cockpit cushions, boarding ladder, large bimini with rear supports & 6' standing headroom underneath. Factory lower sunbrella bimini also. Bottom coated with 20 mils of 2 part high build epoxy and Petit SR Pro bottom paint (2014) Original trailer used twice a year & overhauled in 2012.Interior - 20 gallon fresh water tank, electric fresh water pump, & stainless sink. Stainless flushmount alcohol stove and butcherblock countertop. Custom cabinets under every seat & unused area for dry organized storage. Wood dining table with plexi insert (original table/berth included). Led Lighting throughout including above V berth, aft berth & bathroom. All leds on dimmers. 95% of wire replaced with marine tinned duplex including mast wiring & 3 deep cycle batteries. New standard horizon VHF in 2015 along with 4 speaker marine stereo & wired remote at pedestal, 2 speakers above V berth and 2 weatherproof in cockpit. 100% dry and without any leaks or smells. Numerous other interior modifications for comfort & access. This is one of the last 26Xs made before the switch to the 26M. Throughout the run of the X the model progressed and several significant changes were made by the factory for safety, durability, and reliability. According to them this included a different deck layup & lamination system around 2000 that was much stronger with no balsa coring. It also included a steering redesign with a different console, steering box, stainless vs aluminum rudder mounts, resigned rudder blades and a lot of other little changes to the interior & exterior build. This being one of the last ones off the line has all of the factory updates. I have always kept this boat well maintained and ready to go with no issues "waiting" to be fixed. It has never once left us stranded or in a difficult situation. There many other features on it best discussed in person. We are still using it regularly and it is currently slipped in the Virginia ICW in fresh water until January 2016 when it will be put on the trailer and kept at the same location with onsite ramp. My reason for selling is that I have bought a larger boat. If you are a serious buyer please contact me for a phone number and time to come take a look at it in person. I am willing to spend weekend going over everything on it and helping the buyer load it on the trailer if not local. Most of the pictures were taken 9/15/2015.
