This is a 1930's- 1940's Original Vintage Thompson Brothers, 11 1/2 foot, All Wooden Fishing Boat with Oars and Original Oar Brackets in Great Condition, some minor damage as you would expect of an original wooden boat. Has the original factory tag that reads, Thompson Brothers Boat Manufacturing Co. Peshtigo, Wisconsin . Measures about 11 1/2 feet long, 47" wide, and 17" tall. Made of all wooden construction, Very Solid, was told it would float. Don't know the wood type, but most of it looks to be in Great Condition. Will hold a small outboard motor. Beautifully restored 1954 Dunphy Imperial 16ft runabout with 2 tone wood trimming. Professionally refurbished by a Lake Michigan boat refinishing company. The boat has a mahogany hull with deep varnish finish and newly replaces green marine grade upholstry interior. No expense was spared in bringing back the original beauty of this classic. Due to the exceptional condition of this boat you can tell its always been somebody's "baby". Its been well preserved and kept in storage for the most part, but taken on fresh water occasionally to keep the wood strong and from drying out. The hull has no leaks and is strong enough for daily use. The boat is fitted with a 2006 Mercury Classic 40hp 2 stroke outboard which makes it practical and economical to operate and dependable. It will pull a small skier or tube (100 lbs or so) but this boat is more about cruising in style and creating a personality on the lake (draws a crowd everywhere it goes). Motor has electric tilt trim and top speed is about 35 mph but the simple dash board has no speedometer and is all original. The original telescoping trailer is included with the boat. The bearing have been repacked and its dependable enough for short road trips. The prior owner had purchased the boat and had it refurbished as an anniversary gift for his wife and was used on Lake Michigan. I have used the boat for occasional use on Clear Lake Texas and the boat now resides in Houston. This is a MUST SEE boat! Antique Wooden Boat built in 1942. It has been in a warehouse since the early 1970s. The trailer comes with the boat but needs new tires. (Tires are 5.25.5.50/18- seems they are vintage tires) Boat is marked 7/1/1942 DowNS, history is unknown. Would make a great restoration project. Located approximately 15 minutes south of Abbeville, LA. My husband was supposed to get it road ready but was recently diagnosed with an illness that rendered him unable to work indefinitely. Boat is approximately 13 feet long, 58 inches wide, at the widest point. Some interior boards will need replacing but the structure looks good. Buyer will need to arrange for transfer and shipment. 1954 Trojan wooden boat. Been in storage for many years. Last time it was in the water was 2001 as far as I can remember. Bottom of this boat was fiber-glassed many years ago. Who did it I'm not sure. The boat has no drain plug but does have an electric pump which runs off a battery. Motor is a Mercury Marc 55E 2 cycle engine. Mixture is 1 qt oil to 4 gallons of gas. Engine does turn over when pulled by the rope starter so it is not seized up. Has two five gallon gas tanks with old gas in them which I'm sure could be cleaned out. I do know the last time I used it I started the engine disconnected the fuel line and let it run out of gas. Will take work to get it running again I'm sure. This would be a great project for any interested in restoring old wooden boats. Tailer tires are in fair shape and the trailer ball in 1 7/8". Sale will include transferable New York state registrations and a bill of sale for the trailer and boat. There is no title for either as they didn't have titles in that time frame. Must sell 1934 Keller Wooden boat. It has a new motor &transmission with no hourson them.Boatneeds to be restored but if you have the know how it would be a perfect project for someone with the knowlegde. The asking price is firm. This is for the UnitedStates only. It has no trailer so moving it will be up to you. This is for serious minded people.(Tho is not a scam). I have all the paperwork for it.
