This is a 1930's- 1940's Original Vintage Thompson Brothers, 11 1/2 foot, All Wooden Fishing Boat with Oars and Original Oar Brackets in Great Condition, some minor damage as you would expect of an original wooden boat. Has the original factory tag that reads, Thompson Brothers Boat Manufacturing Co. Peshtigo, Wisconsin . Measures about 11 1/2 feet long, 47" wide, and 17" tall. Made of all wooden construction, Very Solid, was told it would float. Don't know the wood type, but most of it looks to be in Great Condition. Will hold a small outboard motor. Also included is a generic water proof cover. Great Decorative Piece or Go Fishing with it. Displays Great! Please look at all the pictures and ask questions. Ian Oughtred designed, 10' 6" Acorn sailing dingyI have the original plans which are included. The boat is on a trailer that was designed to fit this specific boat. The stem to stern water proof cover is custom made for the boat by Muskegon canvas. The sail was also made specific for this boat according to the sail plans, also included. Up for your consideration is a handmade small wooden dingy/fishing boat. This boat was made by hand in the late 1950's from a "Popular Mechanics" magazine project of the month pattern. It measures 94" long, 44" wide in the middle, 24" wide in the front and 34" wide in the rear. It measures 17" from ground to top rim in the center. It has been well maintained over the years and always barn stored. It was used as a river trout fishing boat. It includes the original 2 wooden oars, 2 original buoys, and the original folding grapple anchor. It has a beautiful patina on the outside. The inside is painted and has some wear and could use a fresh coat of paint. We tested it for leaks in our in ground swimming pool (see attached picture). The man sitting in the boat is 6' 4" and weighs 240 lbs. It is water tight! A great boat for lake fishing or for paddling around your own private lake or for the kids or grandkids. For sale is a real nice 1954 Whirlwind 14' boat. It is the fisherman model with a small shelf in the front. It is constructed of molded plywood and has stainless steel rub rails and brass splash guard rails, a good looking boat with great lines. These boats are very low maintenance for a wooden boat. Bottom was repainted last year and comes with a set of oars and a newer cover. The boat is rated for a 16hp motor. The price is for the boat only, trailer is available.

I have a 15' all marine wooden fishing boat with a Little Dude tilt trailer, 20 Hp Mercury outboard motor, 2 metal gas tanks, set of oars, 2 anchors, spare tire for trailer, and a full boat cover for sale. My boat was hand built by John Bolinger from Toledo, Ohio in 1953 for my Uncle, whom died at a young age. My Father and Uncle used the boat on Lake Erie with a 50 Hp motor on it for fishing. My Grandfather used the boat down in Central Florida during the Winter months. Since my Father gave the boat to me, I have used it on lakes here in Hillsdale and Lenawee Counties for fishing and just out having fun boating on the lakes. I live in Adrian, Michigan and have the boat here at my residence. I am looking for that special person that has an eye for wooden boats that appreciates the craftsmanship that goes into building such a fun and beautiful boat. Been stored at Keuka Lake and hasn't been used in a few years. Last time it was out was to repair the dock after it was hit with ice a few years back, holding 2 guys total weight 600 pounds. Do have the old registration (from 06) which is what is used in place of a title. Might as well be enjoyed. It needs a good cleaning and repainting on the outside. The paint job is shot, but the wooden seats are fine. It will need a piece of wood cut for the back to accommodate a small kicker motor. It did have a small Mercury 9.9 on it. It has no holes or any other damage that would cause a leaking issue. Comes with the original oars. Nice solid boat. Beautiful original 1954 12 foot Penn Yan row boat. Commonly referred to as a "Car Topper".This is a canvas over cedar strip construction boat. It has the original brass hardware and brass maker's plate. The set of original oars is included. This boat could be powered by a small outboard. This is a very light weight boat that would make a great hanging display, as the wood is in outstanding condition! On a small lake for now but rarely used. This gorgeous mahogany rowboat was custom built buy a master craftsman. It is a new boat. 10'4? long. 4'8? wide. Draws about a foot and a half. Built-in adjustable brass oarlocks. Brand new custom made oars. Set of fenders included. There are a few small nicks and scratches on it but generally it is in super condition. We are moving and can't take it with us. This boat is made out of jersey cedar (exterior is fiberglassed all around). engine bracket included for your installation if desired; Boat was built in 2005 by Gus Heinrich at the Tuckerton Seaport Museum. It includes a 15hp yamaha outboard engine, as well as hidden oars to assist in the marsh. The entire upper deck has been camouflaged with a 3m sticker. Some areas have been worn due to use and can be easily replaced. Lockable hatch cover. The flat bottom allows for shallow water maneuverability. The package includes the sneakbox, engine, 5 gallon tank, anchor, lifejackets, wooden planks to stick reeds into for increased camouflage, trailer, stern and bow lights, and motor arm attachment. We are selling the boat because we don't use it anymore and hope someone else can enjoy it.

Beautiful, 12’-0”, Penn Yan in excellent condition and ready for the water. Great light weight boat for fishing or just fun. Can be car topped at 85-pounds, or trailered on its custom Yacht Club galvanized trailer. Boat has two rowing positions and comes with oars. Boats canvas and cedar / mahogany were refinished this summer. Canvas was refastened and secured with new additional mahogany gunnel rail around the entire perimeter of the boat. Motor pictured is a 1958 3-hp Evinrude and is included. All bright work refinished with classic Epifanes with teak tint varnish.
