Update... I had the pleasure of sailing with the owner from Port Charlotte to Regatta Point Marina on a 2 day sailing adventure. We stayed overnight in the ICW at Royal Palm Marina two hours south of Venice. The second day had us leaving the ICW to sail up the Gulf entering Tampa Bay at Egmont Key's south channel and on to Manatee River. The boat ran and sailed wonderfully. This boat has shore powered A/C which is almost necessary in the summer months.If you are looking at 30 foot sailboats, make sure this one is on your list to see.
