In 1970 the original 430 Lincoln motors were replaced with 427 Ford motors. In 1999 the aft deck enclosure was changed to an EZ2CY system in sliding tracks as well as the bottom being sanded smooth and the application of VC-17 paint for improved fuel economy. Clair Shores. This Sea Ray 220 Sundeck has 564 running hours and shows normal wear from family use. The Upholstery is in very nice shape overall. The SeaDek in the cockpit and swim platform has been removed (see photos). There was one switch at the helm that was loose. The manifolds were replaced in 2022. Annual fluid changes have been performed. The drive trim was not working correctly recently, the owner is determining the cause. The axles were recently replaced on the trailer and the brake calipers were replaced. Tires still had the air nubs on them from when they were manufactured and had deep tread. I am offering my bayliner for sale with an eagle trailer. It's a great starter boat for the money. I have used it many of the smaller lakes with a decent boat launch. I have also had it on lake st clair, and lake michigan more regularly. It is run regularly, and has just had plenty of work done to get it ready for your adventure. It has a bimini top and also a camper top. They are in excellent condition, although they need to be sprayed with waterproofing this year. Royal Blue in color. It recently received: New Ship to shore antennae New Radio with built in GPS and compass Clarion radio with extension to plug in your phone New Speakers All new carpet Brand new tires on trailer 2 new wheel bearings and the rest were repacked. Does have bearing buddies for easy maintenance. Brand new prop, no nicks. Also have a backup thats pretty beat up. The outdrive was recently serviced (oil change) no leaks or water in oil. Tuneup on engine- plugs, wires, cap, condensor, points, reset timing, oil change. Carburetor was rebuilt in 2013 2 new bilge pumps and new float New timing belt Replaced anchor light Replaced fresh water impellar Replaced Anti-Freeze Has a swim platform (small) 4cyl volvo penta - very economical on fuel. May include the anchor, rope, dock ropes, life vests, fire extinguisher, throwable, flares, etc at full price. Horn does not work, I use an air horn if needed. Has a built in cooler that you use a block of ice. Photo for illustration only. I will snap some pics in the next day or so. I'm upgrading, for a bit more sleeping capacity. I have a top notch fish finder but will not include at this price. Trailer has some wires hanging down for some of the auxilary lighting but the legally necesary lights work great. Easy to launch by yourself. It's a great starter boat at low cost, and it hasn't been sitting around for 5 years like a lot of the cheaper boats around. Miami International Boat Show with Bobby Unser February introduced 46 Cougar raceboat. Steve was a late driver change and replaced Dave Bell who had undergone open heart surgery the previous day. They were also on board when the Sun Coast to Gold Coast record (originally established by Kyle Petty) was broken in 1998. That record would be a precursor to the Miami to Nassau to Miami record run which is documented in this video.    On Monday morning June 15 1998 the crew of Harry Allen throttle man Steve Kildahl driver Kevin Brown navigator and Rich Quandt crew chief left the Marriot Miami Marina and headed out Government Cut (MacArthur Causeway) to set three new American Power Boat Association world records. Dave Bell Great Lakes Executive Vice President was in the drivers seat with Harry at the throttles Rich Quandt crew chief and navigator and Eric Lavine as the onboard technician.    Bob Hallengren of Caterpillar and Bobby Chan of Ringhaver provided valuable assistance in preparing standard production engines for their extended duty. 1998 Spirit of America set 2 world records Tampa to Miami and Miami-Nassau-Miami in May and June. John Cosker Conner Marine and John Pompi Marine Performance were also key participants in the vessel design construction and upfit.    the Spirit of America project was a culmination of Harry’s long time interest in offshore power boat racing which started with Cummin’s Engine Company in 1965 along with his dream of piloting the fastest boat from Miami to Nassau and back.
