This 2001 Sea-Doo is in very good condition inside and out. The hull looks really good and the upholstery has no tears but is showing some wear and has faded a little. 1997 Sea Doo Challenger 1800, For Sale is our Sea doo Challenger 1800 jet boat 2 owner boat. Purchased in 2000 and have maintained her well. It is great running order. Just compounded and waxed. Green hull is NOT chalky. New winch was installed at the end of 2015 season. Also we purchased a new seadoo FACTORY boat cover in 2015. We have all documentation any necessary work completed on the boat. Unfortunately Sea doo did not put hr meters on the engines for 97'. I would estimate that we put 25-40 hrs per season on the boat since 2000. Top half of the engines were rebuilt in June of 2012. All 4 cylinders were bored out and new oversized pistons and rings installed. Carbs cleaned. Estimated...Less then 100 hours put on them since the rebuild. -Seats up to 7 comfortably -Twin 110 hp Rotax 787 engines -She likes to cruise at 35mph -She will top out at 67 mph with 2 passengers. -Radio with speakers -Bimini top -All sea doo decals were removed for a cleaner hull look. Up kept and in Excellent condition for 1997. For some reason the middle rear seat upulstry became tough unlike the others and there is a tear in the seat. All other seats/material are as soft as the day we bought her. Seats have been conditioned each year.
