1978 CSY Walkover Center Cockpit The CSY 44 has become legendary among cruisers for their classic lines, well-constructed offshore capabilities, hull strength, great interior accommodations with plentiful ventilation along with sea kindly stable ride, complete with a clipper bow, galleon style transom, cutter rigged traditional design that will be sure to turn heads. CSY did not use wood lamination in its construction, a technique that is the curse of many boats of this vintage. The CSY hull is up to 1.5" of solid fiberglass reinforced plastic resin with 14 dual layers (one sheet of fiberglass mat and one sheet of fiberglass weave = one layer). The avoidance of wood cores extends to the deck, which is also solid fiberglass. The only wood used in the construction of these boats are heavy laminated structural stringers, bulkheads and interior furniture. This vessel has been well-maintained and has never been chartered. She has accommodations for seven in two staterooms and the salon, two heads with showers and well equipped galley.

1979 Islander Yachts Freeport 41 This may be the perfect boat for the Pacific Northwest, the comfortable full keel cruiser you've been looking for. Bob Perry did the "Classic Plastic" design, and built in more storage than many 45' boats.  You’ve likely seen the design, with the large windows, clipper bow, bowsprit, and ketch rig.  Kuokoa has all the amenities you often ask for below, like cabin heat, propane cooking, AC/DC refrigeration, pressure H/C water, and two generous staterooms. The aft cabin is the reason this design is hunted.  A solid electronics package includes updated RADAR, forward scan SONAR, chart plotter, GPS, Alpha Autopilot, and is wired for a lap top computer.  If you are considering going offshore, the storm shutters are already installed, along with an upgraded Lewmar electric windlass, with remote and chain counter, a dripless shaft seal, roller furling and more. A generous center cockpit with full cockpit cover opens up seasons for warm and dry Northwest cruising. The experienced owner bought this nice Islander 41 to live-aboard, motor to Alaska, and sail when comfortable.  Now his plans have changed, and you will want to see this family friendly design, soon!

1981 CT 54 Brigantine Schooner The yacht, a Robert Perry designed 1981 clipper-bowed fiberglass CT-54, was converted (circa 2007-2009) from a standard ketch rig to a Brigantine Staysail Schooner (“Pirate Ship”) utilizing the same modern square rig concept employed on KITTY HAWK, yet with “swept” spreaders on both fore and aft masts, with all spars angled and staggered for classic effect.  The various aluminum masts, booms, and bowsprit were all uniquely painted copper in color to emphasize a traditional varnished appearance, yet without requiring constant upkeep. She boasts design accolades in appreciation of classic style, which she emulates, without fans even realizing the exceptional utility value of the modern square rig that she sports.  So it’s an “ego trip” to possess such a respected, classically traditional yacht, while fully understanding how seaworthy her modern square rig actually operates to perform its function safely. This one of a kind schooner is waiting for your personal touches on the interior to complete her full makeover.    OWNER MOTIVATED! ***BRING ALL OFFERS*** Extended warranties and financing available. *** BROKERS WELCOME *** ... Cabo Rico sailboats are not just built, they are created. Her timeless design, from the clipper bow sprit sweeping gracefully into her jaunty sheer, to her easy to handle modern rig, the Cabo Rico 38 was conceived, designed, and built to be the perfect cruising yacht. Cabo Rico Yachts were built in San Jose, Costa Rica where they found a balance of highly skilled craftsman and production facilities that combine traditional boat building methods with todays materials, technologies, and cost effective management. The modern 125,000 square foot facility included; a lumber mill where they plane, size and kiln dry their own solid teak; a cabinet shop where all joinery is hand assembled to exacting tolerances; a metal shop for fabricating pulpits, rails, chain plates, bow fittings, and other custom stainless steel hardware; and a separate building for all fiberglass molding and final assembly.
