1980 Islander I36 I am selling a 1980 Islander 36 Sailboat. After reading all that has been done with this boat, you'll ask, "why are you selling such a great boat?". The problem is, I don't use it enough, I nearly put the boat up for sale earlier this year, but gave it one more season. Unfortunately, I only used it for two weekends. Bad for me good for you. 1983 Islander Yachts 30 Bahama Very fair price for a super fun and fast boat - 1983 - 30' Islander Bahama Sloop - great beginner boat, easy to handle and rig. Ready to sail with a coat of bottom paint. Great Bob Finch design, fast and responsive (So far, her top surfing speed in the bay is 8.7 kts), sails very well to weather, she will point well into the wind and still move great. Predictable and controllable weather helm allows for some exciting sailing. Classic, distinctive lines separate this boat from the pack. This is the final year that this boat was built in California, the following year the production was moved to Costa Rica.. Sleeps 4-6 in two double and two single bunks. V forward, two singles in main cabin and double bunk under starboard cockpit. Cockpit sleeps two as well if you like sleeping under the stars for a cozy total of 8 if you are all really good friends. 2001 Baja Islander 232 for sale by owner. I'm a realistic seller; therefore my description is...This Boat is in Well Above Average Condition. (Most people think it's a New Boat, not 14 years old) I personally take very good care of the boat. I clean it before and after use. It has very low hours, I purchased the boat with 60 hours on engine, and it now has 125 hours. It is Winterized locally by Augusta Marine. The trailer tires are 1 season old. The boat has the 7.4mpi Mercruiser GM engine (454 Big Block) it has a bravo 1 drive and a 21p lexor solas stainless steel prop ($479 I believe). This set up allows for a great hole shot and 60-61 MPH on GPS depending on conditions. (I can prove this speed) It has purple snap in/out carpet and snap on/off cover, and a custom fit yellow trailer cover. It does not have Captains Choice exhaust, thus it sounds awesome all the time. It has dual interstate batteries with a switch, Purple bimini top, Color GPS, Subwoofer and Amp sound system. The Boat has more options, But that's a good summary. I do realize the NADA Value is right at 25K (I'm asking a realistic price) and I realize If I didn't care about the boat, I wouldn't have a lengthy description. i am looking to sell my islander. I bought it with the intent of restoring it back to new condition, but time,space and cash flow are not on my side at the present time to finish it up. It needs the trim motor worked on (the pressure line is cross threaded, hence the rope holding it up) could use new floor and some other cosmetic things. Also after putting he outdrive back together I can't get it to shift properly. I believe I have something misaligned. Also comes with two cannon mag 10 log boom downriggers (untested but was told they worked) with rigging and balls, and planner board masts and boards. For sale and ready for summer is a 1994 Baja Islander 180 open bow boat in excellent condition. The boat has a 4.3 Mercruiser V6. New canvas cover in 2014. New carpet, upholstery and stripe paint in 2015. The colors are red and dark navy pearl (the original colors were pink and purple).Outboard component was taken out in fall 2014 to re-grease the gimble bearing and put on new seals. Newer stereo, stereo cover, gauges and marine speakers. The stereo is a Kenwood KMR-350U with MP3/WMA and Pandora playback. It also comes with two additional reconditioned aluminum props, life jackets and bumpers. Also note that I have 100% positive feedback and I intend on keeping it that way. Because this is a big ticket item I will require that the purchasing agent or hired mechanic representative to fully inspect and test drive the boat prior to possession. I am confident that you will be satisfied as I have had mechanics go through this boat each year to ensure that it does no leave our family stranded on the lake. Once the buyer is satisfied the I will provide the title and bill of sale. After this the sale is final with no warranties or guarantees.

Up for sale a 93' Baja 180 Islander. This is a very nice boat, and has been professionally maintained every year at spring time (de-winterization) and in the fall (winterization). It has always has proper engine and out-drive maintenance by a professional boat service shop. My family has owned this boat since it was a year old in 1994. It has been used 4-5 times a summer, and has been completely wiped down on the outside and inside every time it was used. It has always been stored with a boat cover on and inside a garage it's ENTIRE life. Well maintained and well cared for boat. The boat is in very good mechanical condition. Engine and out-drive all work as they should. I believe all gauges and switches work properly. We had an aftermarkEt depth gauge installed a few years ago. Sometimes it makes a beeping noise and displays a different number, and then goes back to the depth. Don't have the instruction manual for it. Not sure about that. Also, a few summer ago, we hit an underwater log in the lake that ruined the out drive. Insurance company paid for an entire new out drive unit. Out drive has less than 50 hours on it. $4,000 repair. Negative things: couple of the black carpeted wood pieces on the trailer are a little soft. Trailer has knicks and scuffs all over. Back seat of the boat has a few small tears as show in the pictures. A couple of the front bow seat have a few yellowing marks shown in one of the pics. Those are the main things. Keep in mind this boat IS over 20 years old, and various items reflect that. That being said, this is one of the nicest boats you can find for this money. I had custom vinyl graphics added 2 summers ago to give it a more contemporary, edgy look. Also added custom wheels and new tires for the trailer about 4 summers ago. I also have a new wakeboard, a nice tube that is 2 years old, an older set of skis, a slalom ski, and life vests (the vests are all old) if interested. In full disclosure there is a very slight bit of ghost lettering from the the old registration number and tab. I have left the new registration decals off so that it has and opportunity to naturally blend or allow the new owner to use a buffing wheel. I have the new color matched registration numbers and Michigan registration tab, good through 2018. Also note that I have 100% positive feedback and I intend on keeping it that way.
